All Recipes Buttermilk Pancakes

I was hosting a pancake dinner and decided last minute to make the pancake batter myself instead of using Krusteaz. I asked an AI tool to find me a pancake recipe and it told me to try the “Buttermilk Pancakes” recipe from All Recipes.

The recipe makes solid pancakes, and is easy to execute. I was able to whip together the batter in like 5-10 minutes and slap them on the pan soon after. It’s a good thing the recipe is so easy, because I couldn’t keep the page open on my phone for more than 8 seconds before it would crash.

I served the pancakes to about a dozen people that night. Nobody complained about the flavor. But also nobody noticed when we ran out and switched to Krusteaz.
